Enio Zeppieri is the Founder and Managing Lawyer of Zeppieri & Associates, he has been called to the Bar and is an active member under the Law Society of Ontario.
Enio has prepared material and appeared before the Federal Court of Canada, Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court of Ontario, Superior Court of Justice (Civil), Superior Court of Justice (Small Claims), Superior Court of Justice (Family), Ontario Court of Justice (Family), Superior Court of Justice (Criminal), Ontario Court of Justice (Criminal), Ontario Court of Justice (Provincial Offences), Landlord & Tenant Board, Licence Appeal Tribunal, Human Rights Tribunal, Social Security Tribunal of Canada (CPP, CPP-Disability, etc.), Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, Assessment Review Board, Social Benefits Tribunals, Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, et cetera.
He obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Geography from University of Toronto. Thereafter, he obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Queen’s University, and was called to the Ontario Bar.
Furthermore, he is involved in various boards and committees including those of philanthropic and non-profit organizations. He is present in numerous domestic and international organizations that involve community work and cultural endeavours.
Currently, he is a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, Toronto Lawyer’s Association, Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association, The Advocates’ Society, American Association for Justice (Association of Trial Lawyers of America), Canada’s Top Lawyers, and Lawyers of Distinction.
Enio Zeppieri was awarded one of Canada’s Top 50 Lawyers for the year of 2025.
Enio is well-known for his exceptional representation of clients across various legal domains. With a career spanning several decades, he has established himself as a formidable legal professional adept at navigating complex legal landscapes.
Enio is bilingual in English and Italian (recognized by the Italian Consulate), as well as proficient in French.
